2019 Jewel of the Seas Greek Isles Cruise - Thira, Santorini
The taxi dropped us in Thira right at one of our favorite spots I may have accidentally started us down the path...oops...we had to go back up... We wandered through the shops...trying to make sure we saw everything The beginning of the line for the cable car down...the line continued wrapping around far beyond this...but that’s not where we were headed so Nate had had I think 4-5 mythos by then...it was hot....he needed food...and who am I to say no to food? We ordered a bottle of wine The mixed salad was amazing!!! ignoring any concept you have of a salad...I even asked them for the dressing ingredients after we ate the waiter brought us a shot of this you can probably guess how we were feeling Nate thanking the waiter for great service as we get ready to leave oh but wait...we can’t leave. The waiter, Amilio, brings us this: he said it’s a pasta soaked in sorbet with walnut and pistachio. We died and went to heaven. I have no idea how much we paid for that meal...we weren’t charg
