Rome 2019 Continued & Embarkation Day
So on last year’s trip one of my top 2 gelato places was Gelateria Della Palma. They have 150 flavors and are located near the Pantheon. I knew I HAD to go there again. After rounding the Colosseum we decided on dinner somewhere near the gelato place and started walking that way. We found a cute restaurant a few doors down and grabbed a table. I’ll have to search through my receipts to find the name of it. I’d rate it 6 or 7 out of 10. The flat bread and prosciutto were great but the pizza and steak just ok. After paying our 56euro bill we headed to the gelateria. I received an email from the shuttle service with the confirmed pick up time and a picture of our driver (we never had the same driver). We woke up at 10 for our 11am late check out. I don’t think I’ve mentioned the prices I paid for our transfers: to and from the port was 69euro and to and from the airport was 50euro.
