We decided to make our way to our hotel so we could check in.

I honestly don’t know how we managed to eat SO much that day but here we are again...eating. The pizza was good but we did not care for the restaurant itself.

we walked to the restaurant...a locals type of place. It was indeed great! I highly highly recommend if you’re on this part of town

I was really really tired at that point and kind of just wanted quiet and sleep. We walked friends back to their place and then started back to our hotel

Travel day!
We had a shuttle service reservation for 8am and breakfast started at our hotel at 7:30. We woke up, took our bags downstairs, and made our way to the rooftop bar where breakfast was served.

A few words on Hotel Otivm:
We highly recommend! The staff were all fantastic, the location is great, the view is great, air controlled room. Perfect.

Our driver showed up a few minutes before 8, but we were already downstairs and ready to go. This driver was the least friendly of them all and honestly he put me off from the service. We arrived at the airport at 8:15 and lugged our baggage inside.

Greek Isles 2019 Formal Night & Chania, Crete

 Time for our first formal night! Once Nate’s clothes showed up he did a quick change and we were ready to go.     According to wiki: Chania is the second largest city in Crete and dates back to 1100BC. The occupied history of the city is rather sad and worth the read...especially the section on World War II....which hit home for us because Nate’s grandmother is Jewish and was forced to leave Austria for China as a teen. We got up at 7 and just caught the sunrise as we went to breakfast   The harbor reminded me a lot of Cabo mixed with a little Malta to be honest.     After finishing our meal and taking advantage of the restaurant’s WC we continued our walking tour through the streets of Chania. We would definitely go back to Crete. It's very different from any other island we have visited and is saturated in history. United Polaris Class Travel Day to Athens During COVID-19

  We woke up at 4:30am on October 4, 2021, and spent a few minutes snuggling with our schnauzer, Sam, before we had to head out for the 1.5 hour drive to Denver.   We pulled into the park dia lot at 6am and a shuttle promptly pulled in behind us. talk about timing! It was a full shuttle ride with a family heading to Disneyland and a southwest pilot. This was probably the best shuttle ride we’ve ever had! The pilot pulled out his iPad and showed the family the route they would go to get to Cali and how the plane would be guided in on the runway. It was actually really neat to watch. We all gave him a huge thank you for starting our day that way. Once dropped at the airport we headed straight to the United desk. I was expecting to see barely any employees but that was not the case! Every kiosk had a person plus they had 4 people manning the digital stations. Jewel of the Seas Greek Isles - Naples Part 2

When the bus dropped us off back at port we set out to explore the town. We went up into residential areas...school kids were walking home, men were standing on the corners having a smoke and chatting, corner veggie stands with people picking up veggies for the night’ dinner... It wasn't really a cold day, but it was quite windy.  I was in jeans and a jacket for most of it. We stumbled (literally stumbled) into Galleria Umberto, the world's oldest shopping mall, and our jaws dropped at the sheer beauty and architecture of it. signs on the non tourist streets of Naples: We were growing hungry again so headed back to the shopping area to find that classic Naples pizza for me. We tried 2 different places, but both were disappointing to be honest. We made our way back to the ship and were going to check out Castle Nuovo, erected in 1279, but decided to just walk around the exterior. back at the ship: I can't quite put it in
